TRAINING & PROMOTION

Training programs and classes are essential for the Company to maintain its ability to keep well-trained and educated employees so that it can remain competitive in the ever-changing markets.  The shrinking applicant pool for technical and skilled positions has turned our focus inward to develop and educate employees for these positions.  To this end, the Company participates in various programs and has established some in-house programs.  Some of the programs are aimed at women and minorities and other are directed to all technical or crafts persons.  Employees must be in good standing and be recommended by or approved by their Foreman and/or Project Manager to be eligible for these programs.
